• • Married individuals may still access The Academy, counselling, shop, articles, and educational resources;
• • Matchups users must be single, divorced, or widowed;
• • Adultery, infidelity, and polygamy are prohibited.

6. User Conduct and Community Standards

Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times to maintain a safe, wholesome, and faith-aligned environment.

7. Inappropriate Images and Media

• • Nude or sexually suggestive images are prohibited;
• • Pornographic or explicit material is forbidden;
• • Shared media must remain respectful and modest.

8. Sharing Explicit Content

Sharing nude pictures, sexually explicit recordings, or inappropriate sexual communication may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

9. External Contact Sharing

Users should avoid publicly sharing personal contact information during early interactions for safety and platform integrity.

10. Financial Transactions and Solicitation

• • Users may not request or send money through the platform;
• • Fraud, scams, and manipulation are prohibited;
• • DMs is not responsible for financial losses between users.

11. Harassment, Abuse, and Misconduct

• • Bullying and intimidation are prohibited;
• • Hate speech and threats are forbidden;
• • Harassment and abusive conduct are not tolerated.

12. Safety and User Responsibility

All branding, graphics, content, courses, articles, videos, resources, and materials associated with Delly's Matchups remain the intellectual property of DMs unless otherwise stated.

16. Disclaimer of Liability

DMs does not guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility, marriages, engagement, or the conduct of any user on the platform.

17. Counselling Disclaimer

Counselling and mentorship provided through DMs are for guidance, mentorship, relationship education, and support purposes only and do not replace licensed medical, legal, psychological, or professional services.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts violating these Terms may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed without notice.

19. Payments, Memberships, and Subscriptions

Premium and VIP Matchups memberships may be offered as recurring subscriptions. Other services, including shop purchases, counselling bookings, academy enrollment, books, digital resources, and events, may be charged separately as one-time payments.

Payments are processed by or on behalf of DELLY'S MATCHUPS LTD, Company Number 17251701, registered in England & Wales.

20. Amendments to These Terms

DMs may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
