Child Safety Standards

Delly's Matchups matchmaking services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.

We do not knowingly provide adult matchmaking services to children.

Where we become aware of information indicating that an account is being used by a person who is not eligible to use our adult matchmaking services, we may investigate and take appropriate action.

Delly's Matchups does not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation on its services.

Users must not use Delly's Matchups to create, upload, send, request, distribute, promote, facilitate or otherwise engage with content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

This prohibition applies to profiles, photographs, messages, communications and other interactions made through or in connection with the platform.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• •Child sexual abuse material or content depicting the sexual exploitation of children
• •Sexualised content involving children
• •Soliciting, requesting or attempting to obtain sexual content involving a child
• •Using the platform to sexually exploit, groom or endanger a child
• •Sharing or distributing content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child
• •Encouraging, facilitating or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation
• •Using profiles, messages or other platform features for conduct that places a child at risk of sexual exploitation or abuse

Delly's Matchups provides an in-app Report a Concern feature that allows users to report behaviour, messages, profiles or interactions that may be unsafe or violate our community standards.

The reporting feature includes safety-related categories such as sexual or explicit content, harassment or bullying, threats or intimidation, inappropriate messages and other safety concerns.

Users may also report a child-safety concern directly to our safety contact at support@dellysmatchups.org.

When making a report, users should provide enough information for us to identify and assess the concern where reasonably possible.

Delly's Matchups may review reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation or other serious safety concerns.

Depending on the circumstances and information available, appropriate action may include:

• •Reviewing the reported account, profile, content or interaction
• •Restricting or suspending access to the platform
• •Removing accounts or content that violate our standards
• •Preserving relevant information where reasonably necessary for safety, investigation or legal compliance
• •Taking other appropriate measures to protect users and the platform

Where required by applicable law, Delly's Matchups may report apparent child sexual abuse material, exploitation or related conduct to the appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting organisations.

We may also preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law, lawful process or a valid request from an authorised authority.

Delly's Matchups is not an emergency service.

If you believe a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authority in your location.

A report to Delly's Matchups should not be used as a substitute for contacting emergency services when urgent assistance is required.

Accounts, content or conduct that violate these Child Safety Standards may be subject to action in accordance with our platform rules and applicable law.

Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction, suspension or removal from Delly's Matchups.

Information submitted through safety reports may be processed for the purpose of reviewing the report, protecting users, enforcing our standards, preventing abuse and complying with applicable legal obligations.
